Who receives your data?
- The association members in charge of the shop and of exchanges with you.
- Our hosting provider, netcup GmbH (Germany, European Union).
- The payment provider and the carrier of your order, only for what concerns them.
Your data is never sold or used for advertising purposes.
Does your data leave the European Union?
No: the website and its data are hosted in Germany. Only exception: if you post a comment, an encrypted fingerprint of your e-mail address is sent to the Gravatar service (Automattic, United States) to display your avatar.
Cookies
The website only uses cookies that are essential for it to work: no audience measurement, no advertising. That is why no banner asks for your consent.
- Cart and checkout (WooCommerce).
- Chosen language, French or English.
- Logging in to your customer area.
- Name and e-mail remembered if you tick the box when posting a comment.
If an audience measurement tool or content from another website (video, social network) is ever added, your consent will be requested before any cookie is set.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its use, object to its processing and receive it in a readable format. Write to contact@nexousesport.com : we reply within one month at most.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Minors
Under 15, a parent’s consent is required to send us personal data, for example to place an order.
Security
Encrypted connection (HTTPS), encrypted passwords, restricted access to the administration, protection against intrusion attempts.
